Near-flat Friday

Published by at 8:24 am under Uncategorized

Hello Friends

Sorry to miss out my report yesterday. Broke the string. Boo. Oh well, situation this morning is not to impressive along the stretch of northern beaches I can see. A few bods were in for the early at Dee Why. Looks to be around the waist high mark on the bigger ones, so if you can’t get to the beach today, I’d say you aren’t going to be missing much. This is pretty likely to be the case (with the usual variations) around the Sydney region. The MHL buoy is showing SSE swell at less than a metre and about 10 sec apart on average. Were it not for that period, there’d be utter flatness.

It’s pretty smooth now, but the Bureau says we’re due for a 20-25 kt SW change through in the afternoon and those winds are set to persist through tomorrow.

Will try to get back again later today with more … if there’s more to tell ya about!

Go well!
