More waves…

Published by at 7:28 am under Surf reports

 Hello friends,

Sydneysiders are in for a few more waves this morning. The wind is out of the south as I write this, but the Bureau says it’ll be NE and up to 15-20 kts. There is  still a couple metres of swell around. Since midnight yesterday, the primary direction showing on the MHL buoy has moved from straight south to almost east.

Dee Why’s still showing some quite rideable looking sets at the point and along the beach. It’s not huge (maybe shoulder high on the bigger ones) and the quality is variable, but there are definitely waves to be had.

Outlook for the remainder of the week in Sydney is a steady decline in swell power and size, but with luck it won’t really go totally flat.

Have yourself a top old day!
