Waves have picked up again
Hello Friends,
Good news on the surf front, Huey’s pumped up the power this morning (as anticipated) and there are some head high plus sets around at beaches that like SSE swell. Average size is around the two metre mark out at sea, but the period has kicked to 10seconds in the Sydney region (seems to be a bit shorter elsewhere up and down the coast). Waves look reasonably juicy where Dee Why’s concerned.
From the look of the current batch of forecast models, it would appear that we’ll have waves at about this size and power all day and into tomorrow morning, before a gradual decline sets in, heading toward flatness for Friday.
Get out there and get amongst it if you can!
